Solidare AI is the advisory and implementation arm of Solidare, a software company built for trade-union locals and workplace organizations. Technology built on solidarity.
Where we come from
Solidare builds the systems that run trade-union locals: membership, dispatch, dues, apprenticeship, applications and selection. We sit across the table from Business Managers, Training Directors and fund administrators, learn how a local actually runs, and build around it — in weeks, not years.
AI arrived in those same halls the way it arrives everywhere: an instructor uploading course material to a free tool, an office manager pasting a member list into a chatbot to "clean it up," a vendor promising an assistant. The people responsible asked us the same three questions: what should we do with this, what must we never do, and who is going to help us keep it right?
Solidare AI is the answer to those questions, for unions and funds first, and for any organization that holds records about people and owes them a duty: nonprofits, public bodies, and small and mid-size businesses. We advise, we write the rules, we protect the data, we build what does the work, and we stay.

Founder & Principal
IT consultant and software entrepreneur. Abed has spent his career on infrastructure, systems and software for workplace organizations, building the systems that run trade-union locals and standing up the networks, Microsoft 365 environments and servers behind them. He teaches AI privacy and security to staff and instructors, writes the AI use policies organizations actually adopt, and leads every engagement personally.

Practical details
Where. Based in San Ramon, CA. We work on site for the listening and the training, and remotely for most of the rest.
How we charge. Fixed scope and price for each package, in writing before we start. The Managed AI Partnership is a simple monthly arrangement. No hourly surprises.
What you own. Everything: policies, documentation, prompts, agents, configuration. Delivered in a form you or anyone else can maintain.
What we don't do. We don't name clients publicly. We don't resell tools we get paid to push. We don't put anything that names a person into a public model.
Your counsel. We're not a law firm. We work alongside yours and put what they decide into the policy and the build.
