Solidare AI — Technology built on solidarity

Leadership & team

Named on your proposal. In the room on day one.

Solidare AI is led by its founder and staffed, engagement by engagement, from a bench of specialists and vetted partners. Every proposal names the people in each seat, with their background. You meet them on the first call, not after you sign.

Photo

IT consultant and software entrepreneur. Abed has spent his career on infrastructure, systems and software for workplace organizations: building the systems that run trade-union locals, and standing up the networks, Microsoft 365 environments and servers behind them.

He teaches AI privacy and security to staff and instructors, writes the AI use policies organizations actually adopt, and leads every Solidare AI engagement personally. He founded Solidare on one idea: technology built around the people who use it, by people who speak their language.

The bench

Six seats at the table, and what each one owes you.

Every engagement is staffed from Solidare's bench and vetted partners, matched to the work. These are the seats. Your proposal names who fills each one for you.

Privacy & Security Lead

Runs the data map, the shadow-AI discovery, the vendor questionnaire and the threat model. Writes the incident playbook and reads it with your staff. Reports in the language your insurer and your board understand.

Policy & Governance Lead

Writes the AI use policy and the card, designs the approval path and the review calendar, and drafts the resolutions, contract riders and bargaining language your counsel finalizes.

Agent Engineering Lead

Scopes the first workflow, sets the autonomy rung in writing, builds the agent with approval gates and logs, and runs the go/no-go review with your team.

Integration Engineering

Connects private AI to the systems the work lives in: membership, dispatch, training records, benefits, accounting, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Documents it so you own it.

Training & Enablement Lead

Delivers the staff, instructor, board and trustee sessions; builds the role-based training and the prompt playbooks; checks adoption at thirty and ninety days.

Client Partnership

The standing contact for Managed AI Partnership clients: monitoring reports, quarterly reviews, policy updates when the law changes, and the person you call when a decision about AI lands on your desk.

How we staff

Small on purpose. Deep where it counts.

You will never be handed to a junior team after the sale. The people who scope the work are the people who do it, and the founder stays on every engagement.

What that means in practice

  • Each proposal lists the seats it uses and the person in each, with background
  • Counsel, auditors and actuaries you already work with stay in the loop; we do not replace them
  • Engineers and trainers join for the build and the sessions, under the same principles and the same data rules
  • Managed AI Partnership clients get one standing contact who knows their systems

Join the bench

We're building the bench as the work grows.

If you have run privacy, policy, integration or training work for unions, funds, nonprofits or growing businesses, and you'd rather work with people than for a portal, write to us.
