Engagements are staffed seat by seat. Most bench members work with us on a project or retainer basis alongside their own practice.

What we ask. Plain language with non-technical people. Care with records that name a person. The five Solidarity principles, on every engagement, without exception. A short written sample of your work: a policy, a data map, a training outline, a runbook.
What you get. Scoped work with a written brief, the founder on every engagement, clients who came up through the union hall and say what they mean, and your name on the proposal you helped deliver.
Where. Most work is remote; the listening and the training sessions are on site, mostly in California and wherever our clients are.
