Training center · AI Use Policy Sprint · 3 weeks
From "everyone’s pasting it into chatbots" to a policy people read
The situation
Instructors and office staff at a trades training center were uploading course material and apprentice information into public AI tools. Nobody had written rules, and the training director had been asked by trustees what the plan was.
What we did
A two-hour privacy and security session for the whole team, a data map of what the center holds, a one-page AI use policy with a desk card, an approved-tools list, and a briefing for the trustees.
What they hold now
A policy staff can recite, a record trustees can show, and a 90-day check on the calendar.
